The Role
You will be joining an extremely ambitious team and will be given the opportunity to build a highly successful business.
As the Managing Director of Building Surveying you will build and lead the team while setting the business strategy around client development, winning new work and having valuable input into the running of the wider business.
As a natural leader you will be responsible for developing the team, growing headcount and creating a high performance culture maintaining high employee retention.
You will have P+L responsibility for this business unit and will be part of the Senior Management Team for the group companies.

About Us
London Belgravia Surveyors are part of the London Belgravia Group of companies, we are a firm of surveyors that offer a turnkey service for Property Developers and House Builders.

Through our use of bespoke software, we are able to reduce the cost of monitoring the works whilst increasing the level of oversight we provide.
We also provide the lender & developer with a bank monitoring / stage payment service with a higher level of supervision than usual.
Our professional consultants certificates allows developers to prove that they are building to the correct standards for both development finance lenders and high street banks for mortgage purposes.
